  • Where are orders sent from and is shipping tax-friendly?
    We ship from a variety of fulfillment centres across the US, Canada, China, UK, Greece, Australia and New Zealand. In most cases are able to send from the nearest warehouse to provide tax-friendly shipping. However, this is not always possible, and therefore we do not guarantee tax-friendly shipping. You will be liable for any import fees and taxes charged by your country’s customs office.

  • Are all orders sent with tracked shipping?
    The large majority of our orders are sent using trackable services. However, this is not always possible for certain countries.

  • Can promo items be sent with orders from garphillpromo.com?
    No, this is not possible as all promo orders are sent directly from New Zealand.

  • I received my order, but not all products were in the delivery box. Will they be arriving separately?
    It is very rare for us to send products from two different warehouses, but that can happen. Check your emails for tracking information. There could be multiple packages. Please don’t hesitate to contact us using the form on this page if you are unsure.

  • What should I do if my product arrived damaged?
    Use the contact form on this page to contact us. We will be able to help you.


  • Do you accept game submissions from designers?
    Most of our games are designed in-house, or by local Kiwi designers that we know personally. We don’t generally take submissions, but if you feel like you have a game that would fit into our Ancient Anthology series specifically, we’d be happy to take a look, and at the very least, provide some useful feedback.
